Sweet Tomatoes is a place where me and my family go often to enjoy delicious food. I have also gone with several friends and have made great memories with them. The restaurant brings back such good times. Also the waiters and waitresses are amazing!

Sweet Tomatoes unfortunately decided to fold Ch 11 and close its stores.....I live this place and will dearly miss....was one of my regular “go-to” places. Another victim of COVID

Heard the sad news today that all Sweet Tomatoes locations will be permanently closed due to new regulations in the aftermath of COVID-19. This place was great with good food so hopefully another option comes up to fill that void. Article linked below.

I love sweet tomatoes! I am so devastated that this chain is permanently closing. I love the salads you could make, and some of my best memories as a child (and adult) were here. Sweet tomatoes made healthy eating easy, and fun. Thank you so much!!

Great buffet with lots of food. Nice people and decent prices. It was very crowded though

I remember when this place opened years ago and it was the go-to place for families wanting a healthier buffet for an affordable price. It had been years since I last went and found that not much has changed. Although, I'm not sure how a buffet-style restaurant is going to do deal with the current times, even with the measures they were taking. That said, its fun to get a salad and then mostly eat the bread, pasta and soup they have available on the side :D

I LOVE me some Sweet Tomatoes! This place is awesome with so much well prepared, super fresh and delicious food that's constantly being replenished. Friendly helpful staff and and great, abundant seating (including TONS of booths) make this a go-to place for my home. Gives me and my husband a chance to chow down on some healthier options with some delicious carbs thrown in lol would recommend and will always go back!

When we walked in, there was a line with only 1 cashier. For a busy time of day this is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Then when we got up far enough to pay, the 'manager' finally stepped in to assist. While we were attempting to pay -with a coupon we later discovered was expired- the 'manager' told the cashier to dig in the trash for an unexpired coupon, which she proceeded to do. Unable to find a coupon in the trash, I found one online on the Sweet tomatoes website, -having been searching through google- and the cashier -without washing her hands- came back to cashiering. The 'manager' didn't even say anything about it. Then when the dinner coupon wouldn't work the cashier asked for the 'managers' assistance to figure out the issue. This was an appropriate response to the issue. However the 'manager' claimed that the Sweet tomatoes website doesn't have coupons and that they were counterfeit coupons. When I proceeded to correct her -the 'manager'- by showing her both the website and coupons available she became slightly snobbish and called over another Manager who was quick and efficient in clearing up the issue by using a lunch coupon since the dinner one didn't work. Props to him I appreciated his customer relations and wish I had gotten his name. The other 'manager' was quick to backtrack at this point and try to minimize her role in the situation. The cashier was doing what she could to help keep customer service going I commend her highly but would recommend that all employees be reminded of the food handler/customer service regulations. When we finally sat down to eat the food -sans the salads we had prepared- was subpar and either overcooked or undercooked. While preparing to leave I witnessed an employee refill a metal serving container with the fresher product using the same serving spoon that customers have been using, this is a cross-contamination hazard and is highly improper. I am disgusted and disappointed in the lack of appropriate and professional treatment of the customers and staff alike. I am not going to be coming back to this Sweet tomatoes anytime soon and likely ever again.

Exactly as expected for salad bar buffet. Fresh, clean, well labelled. Plenty of options for my no dairy, gluten-friendly choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. Always on our options for affordable dinner out.

Sweet tomato is a great value for what you get there are always coupons online and if you're going to indulge why not make it something a little healthy.

This place a great selection of healthy eats for those that are enjoy the healthy meals. It's a great place to go if you are into making your salad type buffet and also enjoy soups. I really like their soup selections especially during the cold season. The price is very reasonable, especially for a buffet. They also have some gluten free items for those that do not do gluten.

This place is great for plant-based diets if all you want is salad. However, there is a serious shortage of hot food or desserts that are plant-based. One pasta dish, which was over cooked, and fruit is the extent of it. You'll leave feeling slightly unsatisfied if you're looking for something more substantial. It's great that they clearly label everything for the convenience of those with allergies, or those choosing a plant-based diet.
