Just wanna say how good the service is everytime we have breakfast at Elmer's on Capitol Blvd.
Rosemary is the only one that helps us out everytime and we love her a ton.

We are new to Oregon and recently had a friend fly in to visit us. On the way to the airport, we stopped in at Elmer's Cornell Oaks on September 9, 2023, to share brunch with our friend before she returned home. Love coming to this location. We try to come for breakfast every weekend and always sit in Savanna's section. She is super attentive and always cracking jokes. Perfect start to our weekend.
Highly recommended the French toast and German pancake.
