I recommend the Human Bean, but am concerned that there is no tip line for your awsome Baristas. I nolonger go to Starbucks because they do not treat their employees well. You should have a tip line on the credit card machine. Please take better care of your employees. No one carries cash around and you are directly impacting their financial situation. I will bring the two wonderful servers cash today, but you need to fix this!

I usually like this place. Ordered a kids hot chocolate, they handed me a kids hot chocolate that was cold on the bottom and Luke warm on the top. Now I understand why they do it but at least mix it so the first sip isn’t cold. I asked them to mix and warm it up. They handed me a scolding hot chocolate that I couldn’t even hold because it was so hot. Now this could have burnt my 5 year olds mouth.
