Phở Nguyên Restaurant is known for its delicate and delicious pho broth, praised for its great flavor and minimal oil, making it a favorite for those seeking a satisfying bowl of pho. The restaurant offers generous portions of noodles and meat, including tender brisket with just the right amount of fat. In addition to pho, the Hu Tieu My Tho dish and Com Tam Dish are recommended, both served in large portions. The spacious setting provides a pleasant atmosphere, with friendly servers that enhance the dining experience. Recent reviews highlight the quality of the broth, the tender chicken in takeout orders, and the overall good taste of the food. While some find the service and atmosphere simple, the authentic flavors and hearty meals make this spot highly recommended for anyone looking for a light, flavorful, and satisfying meal. The strip mall ambiance does not hinder the quality of the pho experience.
