I brought two friends to lunch at Top Burmese Bistro Royale. This was their first time at the restaurant. They absolutely loved it. In addition to great food, the robot server was a wonderful surprise.

Food was good although I have had better. It was a little too oily and salty. The service was really bad. Had to wait 20 minutes to order and slow service and no water refills although we asked.
