I got food to go so I can’t say much about atmosphere. But it looked cozy inside. We got tacos and asada fries. These fries are really good. Full of toppings and fries were still crispy.
When we moved from out of state (CA), we were sad we had leave our beloved local taqueria behind. We tried a bunch of places in search of good Mexican food and found this hidden gem. Their food is amazing and their menu has excellent variety (plus they’re incredibly friendly)! It’s become our new regular go-to spot for Mexican food, and I’m so glad we found it!
I ordered tacos de asada, al pastor, chorizo and carnitas. the asada and al pastor was were the best. meat was perfectly seasoned and tender. al pastor is also great. it had a similar taste to chorizo but different texture. both full of flavor. the carnitas tacos had cueritos y buche in it. Im not a big fan of buche in my carnitas. the salsa verde is mild but good and the red salsa is a bit spicy”te saca los mocos”. I will definitely come back when in the area.
