Best soup and service ever. This is the OG bone broth. Served with radish kimchi and rice. What else do you need? Also I love the cabbage short rib and bean paste soup as well. It's really amazing

I've been searching everywhere for a good, authentic korean soup place in Oregon. I was really excited to hear this open up because I use to love galbitang and Surlungtang while living in korea. It's nice to have a place that specifically serves one type of soup. I must say though, the Surlungtang was a lot better than the short rib soup. This place is inside of a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, but all weirdness aside, this tiny "tang" eatery is pretty legit. It does take a while for the soup to be ready, but the owner will bring out some kkakdugi as you wait for your order. The soup is bland, but you are welcome to add salt or spices as you see fit for your preference. You can definitely taste the freshness in the soup, and there are no MSG or other additives in it.
