Holy cow. Amazing meat.
The power went out at our condo so we decided to try Baldy's since it was close. We made a great decision. My wife got a full rack of ribs for the same price as a half rack on a special. She had sweet potato fries and we both had cole slaw. I had half a smoked chicken with onion rings. The ribs were great not too much bbq sauce on them. Slightly over done but excellent flavor. Baldy's Barbeque serves tender and delicious BBQ with unique flavors. The ribs have a tasty flavor, and the brisket and pulled pork are juicy. Their house BBQ sauces are exceptional. The service is outstanding, with staff working hard to provide an excellent experience. The atmosphere is clean and simple. Some guests have enjoyed the brisket, pulled pork, and ribs, noting that the coleslaw is fantastic. The brisket was good as long as you get the fatter pieces so it's flavorful and not dry otherwise their BBQ sauce is needed. Babyback Ribs were very good. Pulled Pork was as good as an average BBQ joint. Baked Beans were liked, and Mac-n-cheese was very good. The Southern Bread Pudding was a great spin on bread pudding, a great end to the meal. This is a good spot to grab some BBQ, and staff were friendly and service was quick. The Beef brisket sandwich with beans was the best in a long time. Baldy's Barbeque offers great service and spectacular food that is flavorful with the perfect level of smoke.
