Today was the first time visiting Bend Brewing- so first impression: confusing and poor service, good food and drinks though.
At first, confusing where to go. There’s a stand with hosts and merch.. so assuming I would be seated inside, I was seated outside next to tables that was apparently “open seating”, that’s cool but I thought I was getting a table inside since there was a wait.
There were food trucks outside the main building.. the one with the drinks doesn’t serve cocktails or soda (just beer), not very helpful at least with our family.
The food trucks outside had a small menu, so I guess a question I have is if you do “open seating”, is that your only menu? Confusing.
Anyways, we get seated. The drinks were great. The waiter, besides bringing the food and drinks, never checked in on our table. We literally waved 5x at him and we just got ignored. We were there for drinks and appetizers (for the kids), but just left with the one drink.. because waiter never checked in. You lose tips that way.
Wish we had a better waiter, experience would had been much better. The place has potential.
The outdoor space is awesome!!!!
Jeff took care of our large party. That guy don't mess around. He knew the menu amd the beer list very well making ordering very easy. They have gluten free options and they have adult food too.
For the most part, Bend Brewing is has been pretty consistently alright. We went here a few weeks ago though and weren't too impressed with the food. I ordered a salad that was so basic I was instantly disappointed as soon as I saw it. I actually asked the waitress if ingredients were missing since it was literally just some salad with grated cheese and a quarter of a mealy apple.
This food was good I got a cheese burger with fries and my wait was only 3 minutes
Friendly, great food, great beer 🍺
Hard to find parking spot on June.
Even though they were busy on a Sunday evening, we were seated pretty quickly and service was excellent. The food is upscale pub, and the beer is delicious. We highly recommend Bend Brewing Company.
Great location, good beer and the Smash Burger was delicious.
I've been here several times and each time has been great! The beer and food selection is awesome, so I'd go again..... :)

Service was usual for Bend. The recent remodel made for a more open feel in and outside. Fantastic beer. Food is poor quality. Fish batter isn’t how it use to be. The sides came from freezer bags and salsa cane from a jar.

“We don’t want to seat your party with a server if you are only getting drinks and appetizers” totally get that servers want to make money but it’s a Monday night, when no one is here. If you don’t want to serve people, don’t pick serving as a job. Good beers but purposely didn’t get food for off putting service.
