Fantastic prices, make sure you get the frozen pizza dough!
I can't buy anything from you if you don't acknowledge me when I come in to your show room.
Shhhh! I’d rather not leave this review, lest the secret gets out! Big Ed’s is my go to for all things special and everyday too. I stopped by yesterday and picked up an apple crumble pie for a friend. It was stupendous!
You know, on second thought just ignore this review and keep going to those popular, hip spots on the westside of town. I’d rather there was no line and full stock when I go to Big Ed’s at midtown!
I wanted to say how welcoming and kind they were. I was on my journey of making my own sourdough starter, but wanted to try to bake before she was done. So I went to a couple local baker's to ask if they might sell sourdough starter, and my only surprise was they definitely were not kind or helpful. Until I walked in to Big Ed's, I felt like family right away I met Mrs. Big Ed Mary, I mentioned I was looking for a sourdough starter to buy. She looked me in my eyes and said of course sweetheart. We shared a little about life and I got some amazing buns to bring home for chicken sandwiches for dinner. As I walked out I thought to myself, what amazing people to have in our community! I'll definitely go back and support and share how my 1st loaf went!! Thank you Big Ed's 🥖🍞🤎
Hard to find fresh burger buns in this town but Big Ed’s came through! Lots of sesame seeds, exactly what I was looking for to elevate my burgers!
I love this place. The blueberry scone was the best of my life, seriously. Great selection of gluten free as well.
I had an interview Tuesday morning, and felt it went well, they told me I would get a call by the end of the week. It is now Sunday and I have not yet received a response, safe to say they ghosted me. Very unprofessional.
Best local bakery in Bend. I have been a comercial customer of Ed's for over 10 years and highly recommend if you own a local restaurant. I also like the bagels and rosemary english muffins in the storefront open to the public for my personsl use!
Best Ever sourdough English muffins!!
Ever heard of Rosemary English Muffins? You're going to wish you did, they're awesome! If you're a fan of lavash style crackers, these guys make a version that is the best I have ever had, anywhere. I'm calling it Crack because it's beyond addictive. Go ahead, grab a couple, you'll be knibbling on them in the car on the way home. Quality meets value here, they're like $3 a piece. You're welcome

I have never had their food but any company that would step up to the plate and feed firemen who are battling all these crazy wildfires is awesome in my book. If you're in Bend next time look these guys up and give them a big thank you and pay them some business
Nice people, always saw their commercial but had never been in store. Really nice selection and fun to peer in window of bakery.
OMG! So worth going for the smells and leave with a hot pretzel and other yummy locally made breads, pies and other treats for the holiday...or any day!
Such an amazing place. Their bread is probably my fav in town.I was a little confused by other reviews so I wanted to expand on the stores offerings. The offer breads of all kinds and have fresh baked bread daily. They freshest bread is their bread of the day and can be seen on the daily rotation board. They also offer treats such as cinnemon rolls, pies, brownies, cookies and mousse. They don't have a sandwich bar yet but They offer some of the best bagles I've ever had and you can order it with shmere in the store as a quick and delicious breakfast option.
