Oregon distillers is an amazing oasis amongst the sea of overpriced boutique distilleries. I was able to meet the owners and their love of the craft and their beautiful hospitality sets it apart from your bougie well curated tasting rooms. Not for everyone, but do yourself a favor and try the table side absinthe. Complex and full of flavor, you will be perplexed and amazed that something so amazing sprouts out of the urban Bend distillery scene.
I found out about this place after doing a little research before our trip. I noticed they specialized in absinthe drinks which my husband loves plus i noted the website had closure dates for the daughters lacrosse games so i knew we wanted to visit a local mom and pop shop.
