Love their breakfast bagels. When I'm in Bend always stop for bagels.
I come here very frequently (at least once a week haha) and I have never been disappointed!!! The best bagels, the employees are always so nice and friendly especially the main guy that works here he’s my favorite! They are quick and so yummy! Definitely recommend!
Ask for light mayo & mustard and no onion, ended up with no tomato, no mustard, and 4 big slices of onion
I’ve been coming to big o bagel for years and the food never disappoints but the service has been on an incredible decline for a while… I went to the third street location and it was relatively empty, there was no one in front of me in line and I STILL waited 10 minutes before even being acknowledged… a simple “I’ll be with you in a minute” would’ve been nice but there was no engagement, they were just chatting and standing around. There was some people standing behind me around the ten minute mark and they even had to ask if we were at the right place to order since there was ZERO service… super disappointing service, good thing the food rocks or I wouldn’t be back.
Love the lox box!
If you like dry, mediocre bagels made by extremely slow teens this is the place for you. It takes absolutely forever and it’s not worth the wait.
This was my first time in Big o bagels and I have to say I was a bit disappointed I understand that I'm just getting a bagel breakfast sandwich but with tip it came to $9 when the nice young lady handed me the sandwich I could already tell right off there was nothing on it it was super light. When I opened it up it was fresh and hot and the bagel was great everything inside the sandwich was good problem I have is there's not very much food on the sandwich. I get that it's only $7.50 but maybe consider throwing an extra egg on and an extra cheese just to make the sandwich a little bigger just a suggestion. I would have to honestly say I probably would not come back mainly because after I ate the sandwich I had to eat again as it was just barely a snack.
Great customer service, food was amazing. Def recommended
Best breakfast sandwich on a fresh bagel in town!!
The 2 girls who are working now 11/9/24 at noon are always so grumpy and rude ☹️ to everyone in the shop old and young. Hate when I’m on this side of town and want big o bagels. Not tipping them anymore lol.

Big O Bagel used to have big portions but recently they have used less and less on each order. I got an eye opener with cream cheese for $1 extra and avocado for $1.50 extra but I can’t even taste them.
Pretty disappointing to see one of my favorite places drop in quality.

Everything was delicious! My only complaint was that things moved very slowly and I waited about 20-30 minutes before receiving my order.

Wildly disappointed and will not be returning. I ordered online at 9:46 am and walked out without my food at 10:15 because I was now late for my appointment. I had many other customers who ordered in the store and long after me. The online order employee was about as slow as I’ve seen someone move and did not care. I was a big fan and a frequent customer and now will no longer be supporting this location.

I really like the sandwiches and bagels but the last few times I've been there they were out of most bagels and often out of some of the ingredients for the sandwiches. This has happened at lunchtime. Someone needs to up the inventory. Otherwise, the staff are nice and the food is good.

Health inspector needs to check this place out, bagels and bacon were all over there back counter, and four teenage girls were just talking back there not even bothering to clean up. Looked fairly gnarly
