Was driving down 97 today and the sign said "Mac and Cheese truck" so I pulled in to the Artisan Distillery parking lot. There were 2 trucks out back, one Mac n Cheese and the other ice cream. I am always on the hunt for good Mac n Cheese and have finally found, HANDS DOWN THE BEST MAC N CHEESE in my book. You will not be disappointed. ?
Delicious mac and cheese. Came out quick, nice outdoor seating or you can sit in the bar next to it. There's an ice cream truck right next to it for dessert. Great experience! The cheesey garlic fries were great too

This was some of the best mac and cheese and key lime pie I’ve ever had. I don’t think the people complaining about price appreciate what goes into this. I can’t believe I’ve lived here for years and just noticed this food truck nearby.
