It took me 20 mins to order a dozen bagels with no line. Zero customer service whatsoever. Adding Insult to injury the bagels were dry and not any better than Costco’s bagels. Tasted like day old bagels, not fresh at all.

**Inconsistent Quality When Busy**
I've been a regular customer for years, consistently ordering the same item. Unfortunately, I've noticed a decline in the quality and accuracy of my order, particularly when the restaurant is busy. Over the last three orders, there have been consistent mistakes, such as missing cream cheese and no sauce on my sandwich, resulting in an overly dry meal. Additionally, the bacon has been excessively salty, making the sandwich difficult to enjoy. While I usually enjoy the food, the inconsistency during busy times has become frustrating, and I would recommend considering other options if they're experiencing high volume.

I love Big O! I make it a point to stop here every time I'm visiting Bend. It's a busy place for a reason! I have always had great service and loved my bagels. Highly recommend the chocolate chip bagel with vanilla cream cheese for a dessert :)
