**Inconsistent Quality When Busy**
I've been a regular customer for years, consistently ordering the same item. Unfortunately, I've noticed a decline in the quality and accuracy of my order, particularly when the restaurant is busy. Over the last three orders, there have been consistent mistakes, such as missing cream cheese and no sauce on my sandwich, resulting in an overly dry meal. Additionally, the bacon has been excessively salty, making the sandwich difficult to enjoy. While I usually enjoy the food, the inconsistency during busy times has become frustrating, and I would recommend considering other options if they're experiencing high volume.

I love Big O! I make it a point to stop here every time I'm visiting Bend. It's a busy place for a reason! I have always had great service and loved my bagels. Highly recommend the chocolate chip bagel with vanilla cream cheese for a dessert :)

Tuna sandwich on a bagel and lox bagel. Tuna was pretty salty which overwhelmed the flavor. The lox bagel was reportedly good.

We have been getting the same order from here on Fridays for a long time…always a good experience then. Today we decided to order online before we headed out for the day. I always order a veggie combo and add lox open face. It doesn’t add an extra charge when you order online. Today when I went to pick my order up, they had made only a veggie combo which is packaged completely different and didn’t have any lox on it. When I went to the counter to explain what I’d ordered they told me that they need to charge extra for the lox so that’s why they didn’t make WHAT I ORDERED. Which means, I did not get what I paid for. I understand charging more for add ons, but when that is not how your online ordering system set up, it is absolutely ridiculous to make the wrong order on purpose because of a flaw in your system. They made me pay extra for the lox and then remade it, putting it at the end of the line even though it was supposed to be an online order. This is what they remade, an absolute mess. I don’t know if it’s poor training or poor service but we have not had an issue until today but I don’t think we’ll be coming back.
2 kids on a Sunday? Owners need to do better. Over 30 minutes for a bagel and the wrong coffee isn't okay. Poor kids were hustling and deserve better!

A neighborhood favorite spot with easy parking and local charm, this bagel spot aims to please with a variety of yummy bagels and coffee drinks and more.There isn't space to be seated inside and the decor is sparse at best. But if you're after a good bagel, you'll be happy!

Been eating here for 25 years almost. I absolutely love the food. It was hard, watching the guy working the counter, take money and ring people up then go right back to preparing food and drinks without washing his hands.
