Been eating here for 25 years almost. I absolutely love the food. It was hard, watching the guy working the counter, take money and ring people up then go right back to preparing food and drinks without washing his hands.

Consistently horrible service, never know if it will be 5 minutes or an hour. Got the counter and then left me hanging as they shifted to other tasks and the backlog of orders. I've tried going back several times, but am finally done. All for very mediocre at best bagels.

Overpriced for a very mediocre bagel. Last I heard they don’t even boil the bagels, which I believe is why they end up with a texture that is not very good. Big o Bagels certainly doesn’t deserve the hype, if it was a good New York/ New Jersey style bagel it would be worth it.

Love their bagels and location! Customer service varies due to who's working that shift. Yesterday 1/17/24 around 1215pm, the employee working was very kind and had a great smile! Thanks!Parking: If it's the busy time they only have so many parking spots. They are next to 7-Eleven but if they're busy too it can make it hard to find a spot.
