Goonies and pollo were good. Most of the others needed more salt/seasoning. Nice staff but the dumplings were not up to Chicago standards.
Great food. Fun location.

Seen on Food Network. Did not have what they were featured on TV for. Gave it a try anyways. Got 2 orders of sampler to get most the meat perogies. Also ordered the T-rex Perogies. Got most the meat progress but also had some of the vegetarian perogies in there too. Not exactly what I ordered but just went with it. Nothing seemed to stand out at all as more than a typical store bought frozen perogie, very greasy. Made with no love that was shown on Food Network. Won't go again.

Richie and friends are the best chefs you’d ever want to meet. This place won’t disappoint if trying for the first time. And if you’re a Polish person who loves comfort foods Big Ski is there for you. We ate there twice on vacation in Sunriver because it’s THAT good. I wished he had frozen pierogi to go!

I love this food cart and miss it very much after moving out of state! Our favorites are the Bob Father, the Green Monstah, and Hell's OG. When we travel back to Bend, we order them uncooked by the dozen and freeze them and put them in our checked luggage when we return home to Minnesota.
Big Ski is also super nice!
If you're one of the folks who had a bad experience because they were burned or too greasy, I highly recommend ordering them uncooked and taking them home - that way you can control the amount of oil and the time/temp. 😊

I wish I could have reviewed the pierogi, but. It was closed. I arrived 1 hour past opening time. And nobody. Shame. Coming from out of state to get pierogi. I'm very disappointed.
BTW. PIEROGI IS ALREADY PLURAL!!! PIEROG IS ONE, PIEROGI IS MANY!!! AND TO HAVE IT WRONG ON THE NAME. I'm pulling your Karta pobytu.

Unfortunately, the pierogi were quite disappointing. The dough was burnt, which ruined the texture and flavor. The filling was greasy and bland, lacking any real taste — it felt like it was thrown together without care. Overall, just a poor experience. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Food truck park. Pierogis were delicious, authentic Polish cuisine, quality ingredients and cooked just like Mom used to do it 😅.
This guy is such a FUNGI😎🔥✨ AMAZING FOOD

Love Big Skis! The owner is a friendly guy, and the food is out of this world. The Thanksgiving Feast Pierogis this year were cool, new, experimental and delicious. I was stoked when they had extra after thanksgiving and kept it on the menu.
Overall -- this is a great food truck and a must-have while here. 12 more Bob Fathers for me, please!
Great place.Perogies are amazing. Please work on the pizza.
The food is amazing and there is a covered and heated area available to sit and eat when it is cold. Service can be a bit slow at times.
The worse pierogi. we ever had, and we love pierogies. We ended up throwing over half away. We saw them on diners drive ins and dives. It was so bad , we might stop watching this show. For miss leading us to go there. No flavor . Don't waste your money or time going there. Parking is limited.
The Goonies pierogis are the best thing I have ever had!
