Not my first time here. When I went into the coffee shop the service is slow. Wasn’t greeted or told they would be right with me. They weren’t busy but there was 2 people working and it took 25 minutes for my one drink that day that only took less than 3 minutes to make. I ordered delivery the next time and it seemed a little faster getting my order then. I will go back because the drinks I’ve gotten are good but if the lack of friendliness and wait times continue then...

The place my boyfriend and I usually went to changed owners and while their selection is still good, my boyfriend is very particular about his drink. He is a 6ft, muscle man, who is a basic white girl at heart and loves his pumpkin spice chai. We tried Black Rock today and I brought his drink to his work. I’m a regular at this location and I LOVE all their drinks and foods, however- if you want any luck getting in and out quickly then it’s only through the drive-through. I am constantly waiting at the counter for 5-10 minutes for someone to take my order. Even when I place a mobile order, it will say “Ready in 5 minutes” and then I don’t get it for 30 minutes. Love the staff and the place but this needs work :(
