They don't accept cash! For that reason alone, I won't return. The menu says that they only offer American cheese on their burgers. When I asked the staff member about the cheese, he said it was processed cheese. No thanks. I went without the cheese. The burger was above average, as were the fries.

Great burgers and onion rings, but the last 3 times we went there the music was louder than an F18 Hornet launching off an aircraft carrier. Since you can't hear your mates at the table and the music is pounding you like a sledge hammer you end up wolfing down your food get back outside to the relative quiet of highway 20 traffic. We all decided next time we will get food to go and picnic in the parking lot. 5 stars for food, 2.5 stars for ambiance.

The staff are nice and professional and that speaks volumes. The ranch is amazing. Good food, cool, clean.

I am SO glad we have a solid place in Bend to get smash burgers. SO much better than all the craft brewery burgers out there. Plus, you can get cocktails and "boozy" milk shakes that are hand made per order. We took our friends on Sunday, 25 of them, and came back with just us 4 on Tuesday, just because we HAD to. Their burgers are perfect, fries are killer and Japanese tempura onion rings are great. Simple menu and great personability from the staff is very much appreciated. This is our new favorite burger joint, hands down. Go give them your business! You'll thank me later.

First time trying Blue Eyes, after seeing them featured recently on Central Oregon Daily News. This was also our first time having a smash burger. Overall, the burger was OK, and the fries were OK. Atmosphere was nice, a bit pricey big picture. Not sure we would rush back there, but didn't necessarily dislike it, so we'll go back in due time but sadly it has to compete with our favorite burger joint located near us and that wins out based on taste, volume, and price.

I absolutely love going to Blue Eyes! The smash burger is always so fresh and delicious. I believe the buns come fresh from Jackson's corner giving it a great local feel and flavor. The house spread is really good and reminds me of In-n-out's spread but better! As a side you cant go wrong with the onion rings or fries. The onion rings are breaded well and don't have an overwhelming amount of heaviness. The service is pretty quick with an old fashion diner feel. The only problem, which is a good problem, is it can sometimes be difficult to find seating because it's a popular burger option in town.

On a recent visit I had a dry tasteless burger. I'm rethinking my excitement about going here. I bought gift certificates to thank our neighbors, but the lack of help and suggestions by the guy at the counter leads me to regret this decision. The roommate of my husband in rehab threw away all but a couple bites of his burger. Reading the Health report from August 2023, I'm not sure we'll be visiting here again. The first smash burger I had at the hospital was so good. I know it wasn't that tired. And all the family who came due to a family emergency thought they were amazing. They need to be consistent. Pretty bummed to be honest.

This place is okay but they are often not open when they say they should be. Makes it hard to commit to going there when you have no idea if they will be open.

I'm bummed. We've given them awesome reviews recently, bought gifts of their burgers. Last night at about 7:30 my wife bought myself and my roommate burgers and one for herself. They were sadly lackluster. Our family came from Washington state found this place, raved about their food! My wife loved them too. But we couldn't figure out why they lacked so badly last night! My roommate in physical rehab couldn't finish his. My wife said these were nothing like the burgers she had on the 14th. The young man on the counter seemed disinterested. Didn't make suggestions on what to add. They were DRY! My spouse said the burgers they had on the 14th were amazing. Our son and grandchildren said they were the BEST burgers they'd ever had. We'll give it one more shot. But right now feeling really sorry we bought our amazing neighbors who are still helping us out to this day, gift certificates as a sign of our appreciation. We thought they were going to experience the burger of a lifetime. Do not walk in tired at 7:30pm. Maybe change your mind if the person at the counter seems disinterested. It was my wife's first time IN there. She felt like she was on her own trying to figure it all out. Not the experience our family from Washington state had at all. We were all really excited - so big bummer.

The menu is literally 2 items. I asked about motz sticks and they said they don't have them and never did. Hmmm okay. How about patty melt? Nope. Just be aware that the menu consists of two items currently.

Didn't live up to the hype. Took 35minutes for some cold burgers that were pretty average.Maybe they were having a bad day?

Good food but too pricey. The burger bun was overall wet and weak but everything did taste good. I'd go back.

My husband loved this place. He had the classic and really liked it. I got the one with bbq and an onion ring and I didn't like it. I loved the fries and the ranch was amazing and garlicky and I loved them. We didn't like the root beer on tap. Service was excellent. I think you leave your trash and tray on the table when you are done and they pick it up because they only had one small trash can and no place for empty drinks. You walk up to order and then take a seat with a number. The large fries we split and were amazing. They bring your food to you. I could not find a garbage can and place for drinks and trash. I will try again and something different next time since my husband loved it.

Burger was alright, expensive. Service was alright, ambience was alright. It was an alright experience.

So my son tried it and told me he thought it was the best burger he's ever had. So, I went there ordered a classic double and onion rings. I agree smash burger cooked to perfection. I will definitely be back! Thank you blue eyes!
