I am SO glad we have a solid place in Bend to get smash burgers. SO much better than all the craft brewery burgers out there. Plus, you can get cocktails and "boozy" milk shakes that are hand made per order. We took our friends on Sunday, 25 of them, and came back with just us 4 on Tuesday, just because we HAD to. I absolutely love going to Blue Eyes! The smash burger is always so fresh and delicious. I believe the buns come fresh from Jackson's corner giving it a great local feel and flavor. The house spread is really good and reminds me of In-n-out's spread but better! As a side you cant go wrong with the onion rings or fries. So my son tried it and told me he thought it was the best burger he's ever had. So, I went there ordered a classic double and onion rings. I agree smash burger cooked to perfection. I will definitely be back! Thank you blue eyes!
