“We recently used Bleu Bite Catering for a large party (about 70 people) that doubled as a housewarming and 30th anniversary celebration — and they were fantastic from start to finish! From planning to execution, the team was professional, creative, and a pleasure to work with. I sent them a list of appetizers we liked from their menu, and they helped refine the selection by removing similar items and suggesting great alternatives. The result was a delicious and varied spread that our guests couldn’t stop raving about — the bacon-wrapped shrimp, chimichurri steak skewers, and crostini bar were especially big hits. The on-site team was just as impressive. The setup was beautiful — they even incorporated some of my own decorations into the table décor to fit our theme. The server, Kiki, and bartender, Louie, were excellent: friendly, attentive, and kept everything running smoothly. And the woman who came to set everything up (whose name I sadly didn’t catch) had an incredible eye for detail and made sure everything was perfect. This was our second time using Bleu Bite, but our first time hiring a server and bartender — and it was absolutely worth it. They took so much stress off of us so we could actually enjoy our own party. If you’re looking for a caterer in Bend, I highly recommend Bleu Bite. “Ken was an absolute legend helping our crew of 18 stay fed and happy during a shoot in Bend! Can’t recommend him enough. Food was delicious, filling and full of variety for all of dietary restrictions. He came and set up dinner at our house while we were out so we could arrive back to a warm meal and delivered lunches so we could eat out on trail. Communication was easy and efficient. Thanks Ken!“

“My husband and I were trying to decide between Bonta Gelato and Ben and Jerry’s. We called Ben and Jerry’s and asked about the vegan flavor options. The guy who answered the phone was so bright, positive and pleasant filling me in on options, we decided to go there. When we got there Wes greeted us just as happily as on the call, even though we were inundating him (along with a huge line of others) just 6 mins before he was to close at 9 on a Sunday. Wes gave us samples with a smile and never made us feel rushed. We decided on a pint and he even asked if we had any other plans for the evening. We told him it was our anniversary and he was so kind and ended our entire day on a high note. Young engaged and bright workers are hard to come by these days and this young gentleman is an asset to the store. We will definitely be back soon thanks to his customer service and he gives me hope that some young men have still been raised right. Thank you, Wes!“
