The falloff of Chicken Bonz needs to be studied. The decrease in value is actually out of this world. The prices have been jacked up and the size of tenders and amount of fries has become abysmal. The chicken used to be cheap and amazing and now it somehow gets more expensive and mediocre every time I go. It's sad to see a place go from a go-to spot quickly become an easy skip chicken place. The decorations are just about the only saving grace of this place, oh and the fry sauce too.

The cashier was not very friendly, and the food was just okay. But the worst part was when I saw a server give the wrong food to a table. The people started eating their food, and then the server came back and said she had made a mistake. She took the food off their table and brought it to a different table, even though they had already touched it and started eating it. Respectfully, EW. I wonder what their food safety and handling training is like. Watch out if you do decide to eat here, you may be tasting a stranger’s fingertips.

The chicken is juicy, and the fries are thin and crispy! The strips are plump - I normally only eat two. We can usually split a basket of 5, which is surprising. We can never do that elsewhere!
While taking a road trip to Oregon, we found this gem while visiting family in Bend. The wings were delicious. During our visit, we opted for the all-you-can-eat boneless wings, which were totally worth it. Try the fried okra; it's a delight. The brews on tap were also a plus. The staff was very welcoming, especially since our group consisted of 12 people. The decor inside was perfect for family pictures. We will definitely be stopping by on our next trip to Bend to try the new flavors.
Parking: Plenty of parking space available.
Kid-friendliness: Arcade games available to both kids and adults.

This would be my favorite place to go in bend for French fries, now I'm a really huge fan of shoe string fries and I would say if you go the right day, then you will probably have the best experience according to French fries. They also have really good burgers too which have grilled cheese bread instead of regular burger buns. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants really skinny French fries, burgers, or chicken, even though it's a little dry . The staff is really nice and they have a ketchup, ranch, and fry sauce bar which I think is delicious. Definitely go here!! ???

Chicken bonz has been a family favorite for years. Not sure what the change is but it isn’t a good one. Lady at the register had closed the salad bar down over an hour and a half before closing time. Told the family before me it was because they were slow and told me it was due to old lettuce. Floor and tables were sticky. The 2 ladies working were wiping down tables and putting up chairs on the tables which felt like a push out the door. Sweet chili sauce has changed from the delicious goodness they’ve used previously. Half of their arcade games don’t work. I’m not sure if we will be back. Super disappointed. Says open till 8 but if you actually want their food I’d get there earlier.
