The experience in-store is fine, but I’ve never gotten a correct pickup order. The last three times I’ve paid for guacamole in a bowl or burrito, I haven’t gotten it. I’ve also just been missing meat entirely on my order before too and only gotten beans/rice/salsa. This location is very convenient for me but I’ll just have to make the trip across town to the other one, unfortunately.

They may have been training some new employees and that could explain the poorly wrapped burrito that was so wadded up it burst the tortilla. Instead of starting over they just rewrapped the first tortilla into the second tortilla and wadded it up as well.

I love this healthy food. That said, it is unfortunate that most of the staff is frequently distracted by the small talk of other staff. I feel like it's caused by the age of the staff and not their abilities, so I keep hoping that they will eventually get that they're there to work, not talk.

Dietary restrictions: The food here is all freshly made, not out of a can. You choose what goes into your dish. It' a very healthy "diet"...
