Well maybe I'm nitpicking here but there are a few sandwiches that are designed a specific way that should NEVER be altered. One in particular, the Reuben. For some insane reason Schlotzkies chooses sour dough over rye. Why on GOD's green earth? It was a fair sandwich by all means, but when you are craving something as specific as a Reuben such a change results in great disappointment. Love Schlotzky's! This location is awesome always very good food!!!! The staff is always very nice too. My son loves the pizza and the rest of the family gets sandwiches. Don't Cinnabons delicious!

I've been coming here for many years but within the past year they have really stepped up there game. Customer service is top knotch, there food is always good. Even when something goes wrong they hop on it without question and make it right.
