Stopped by during my work lunch and glad I did.Cinnamon rolls were nice, warm, and soft (fresh). The price was a bit more than was is posted on the menu, so was shocked at that.

This restaurant is horrible... I've been to schlotzkys before but have never gotten service like this before. I waited at least 10 minutes just to have my order taken, then at least 15 more to even get my food... The customer service from the young girls working was just crazy, they were rude and disrespectful to me and my family... Food was cold as well like it had just been taken out of the freezer. Almost all of the tables had trash and crumbs. I do not recommend.

food was good a little pricey tho, but the cashier with redish hair was super nice and friendly

The person behind the counter was lacking interest in working. When my order came up, they rang the bell 3x. She looked up from her cellphone to say, "That is probably yours." I went to the window to grab it. Then...the food had no flavor. I order a chicken and bacon calzone. Dining room was empty which should have clued me in. Glad I am only visiting the area.

Food was alright until I found a bug in my food. Service is okay. Only been here a couple times but wouldn't recommend.

The food is amazing. Looking forward to eating here when I re-visit from out of town.

Never had bad food at Schlotzsky's, pizza, sandwiches are the best.Ordered food for a meeting at our church, everyone enjoyed the food

We walked in at 430 pm, no one in the building. We waited a few minutes, walked to where employees could see us, no acknowledgement whatsoever... a few more minutes and my wife had to ask if the store was open. "Yes, one minute, we're talking"Hard pass, we won't be back.

We walked in at 11 and waited over 5 minutes for someone to come help us at the counter. We almost left. In fact, we had to go over to the kitchen area and shout hello at them for them to even see we were there. All of lights were off inside and it was not welcoming. The food was not good, the avocado was very brown. Will not be back.

The sandwiches were good, but, both times we've gone there they left items we paid for out of the order and it was too far and too late to drive back. Not going back.

I've been coming here for many years but within the past year they have really stepped up there game. Customer service is top knotch, there food is always good. Even when something goes wrong they hop on it without question and make it right. Will def keep coming back! ++ Cinnabon!!!P.s the front desk girl, she's got a cute smile and always helping or cleaning or doing something.

I've been here a couple times, it's like a cheaper subway with less americanized options and a little drier

A little greasy for me. But the flavor was descent. Prices are average. Pizza we ordered had very few toppings on it. I wanted to give them a try but we won't be back.

Have to say, I'm not impressed. Nothing special about their cinnamon rolls. Dry, tough and not much flavor. But what can one expect from a "Chain?"

Well maybe I'm nitpicking here but there are a few sandwiches that are designed a specific way that should NEVER be altered. One in particular, the Reuben. For some insane reason Schlotzkies chooses sour dough over rye. Why on GOD's green earth? It was a fair sandwich by all means, but when you are craving something as specific as a Reuben such a change results in great disappointment. I will go back some day, perhaps for a cinnamon roll, hopefully they don't alter it by putting jelly or something equally odd on or within.
