Two different delivery orders a few days apart, and very different food quality. Each time, I got brisket and hot links. The first time, the brisket was relatively lean and sliced nicely, and the hot link was cooked well with a bit of char with the juices bursting out. Excellent. Five stars.
Today's order, the brisket looked like it was cut with an axe and was more fat than meat. I wouldn't even feel right giving meat that fatty to my dog. The hot links were also undercooked and might well have just been warmed in the microwave. Disappointing. 1 star. I’m not sure if I will risk ordering again.

Wow! We were heading home through Bend after a 6 week road trip and barbecue was what we were wanting. I found Curb online and decided to give it a try. Their wings are the best I've had in a very long time! Smoked and just hot enough, great texture. The brisket was flavorful and moist. I loved the potato salad and coleslaw, too. (I make good potato salad myself, and this was GOOD.) We'll definitely try it again next time we're in Bend.

Previous experiences with this place have been great, so I wanted to have my boyfriend try the barbecue sandwich because I was telling him how amazing it is. Today we ordered two sandwiches, and the buns were completely soggy because of the super liquidy coleslaw in the sandwich. We also didn’t taste any barbecue sauce on the sandwiches. Disappointed :(

Honestly, I never really write reviews, but I am kind of shocked this place got 4 stars overall. This was the driest bbq I have ever had. The brisket was tough and dry and the chicken was almost dust in your mouth. I have also never experienced a bbq joint that offers one kind of sauce (and it’s spicy) It’s bad when the best part of your meal was the coleslaw…

I was at On Tap with my family and wanted to try the tacos so ordered the 3 cilantro taco dish. My family finished their meals before mine was even ready, I waited over 30 mins. which was no problem but when I picked up the tacos, they were seriously child size, bite-size with no cilantro two tiny pieces of chicken on each with a dab of salsa, tasteless and dry. I can’t believe I paid over $14 with the tip for this meal! I may give them a second try but will order something different next time. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that they were just having a bad night.

HOLY CRAP!!!This is DELICIOUS. I’m originally from Texas and I have been on the HUNT for some good bbq, but came to the conclusion that nothing was going to live up to my standards, until today!Oh my god everything is SO good. The brisket is phenomenal and if i didn’t know better, I’d say it came directly from Texas! The potato salad is the perfect amount of creamy, the fries are the perfect texture! The chicken is also very very good. The house made ranch is super good as well, and you never really know how good the ranch is going to be.I immediately texted my friends from Texas that live in central Oregon and told them to get down here and try this immediately!Also, I can EAT, I can out-eat almost all my friends and family, and I could only eat about 1/4 of the plate before I was stuffed! For the price and quality of this food, it’s priced WELL BELOW its value. 10/10 this was so so so soooo good.

I’ve been here a handful of times and it’s always great! I went in tonight 11 minutes before they close (which I was seriously contemplating because I didn’t want to be THAT customer that keeps the staff late) but they said it was alright. Paid for cold fries and burnt wings.

This food truck is absolutely amazing I have never been disappointed, the summer salad is my go to but the cilantro lime chicken tacos are bomb and can’t forget the wings bone in and boneless definitely worth the try ! One of my favorites for sure !
