Everything on this menu is incredibly flavorful. Can’t recommend enough!
A Nepalese food truck—we got the stir-fried udon noodles and the momos. The side salad was very salty. The noodles were rather spicy (I asked for medium) but otherwise had great flavor with the various seasonings (earthy and herby). The momos were nice as well, albeit a bit dried out. But they were quite beefy and I liked that the wrappers themselves had little bits of herbs for maximum flavor! There's good seating in the cart area, and the atmosphere is casual.
