Not much to say. The food was amazing, service was good despite how busy they were. I was a bit leary to try Himalayan bites not knowing anything about the cuisine but an glad I took the risk. The Masu Bhaat was really flavorful and the salad complement the main dish. Drink options were slim at the cart but there were plenty of other options around. Himalayan bites is definitely a placeworth trying!
I ordered the Shaapta. Prepare to wait but it is very worth it for the sauce options alone. I tried mild & medium. Each were unique and extremely flavorful. The medium is a cooker if you’re not a fan of spice. I loved it. Sorry, no pics; I devoured it.

Unique, rare and delicious is what Himalayan Bites is all about. I've been a patron for years (after getting by some not so pleasant first impressions) and make a point to stop in every time I'm in the neighborhood!
