Unique, rare and delicious is what Himalayan Bites is all about. I've been a patron for years (after getting by some not so pleasant first impressions) and make a point to stop in every time I'm in the neighborhood! Their Sha-Momo's are super good and although their MoMo machine was broken, thus making them unavailable for nearly a year it seemed. Lately they are up and running at 100%! Also a favorite is the "Noodle Dish" and especially the light green sauce that accompanies it. I always ask for spicy because they have some seemingly super secret Himalayan spices that are truly unique. Pour that sauce all over the entire dish for best results! Give them a try ASAP!

Not much to say. The food was amazing, service was good despite how busy they were. I was a bit leary to try Himalayan bites not knowing anything about the cuisine but an glad I took the risk. The Masu Bhaat was really flavorful and the salad complement the main dish. Drink options were slim at the cart but there were plenty of other options around. Himalayan bites is definitely a placeworth trying!

Amazing food! I asked if they were spicy and they said no, absolutely spot on. Not spicy and very, very tasty. If you ever find your way over on the east side of bend head over to the food cart lot over by the hospital and grab some good grub.Kid-friendliness: Tons of kids and pets running around just having fun.Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free and vegan options

I got the dumplings. It was one of those meals I knew I'll to have to come back and enjoy again. Super tasty and well spiced. The side salad was refreshing. This is now in my top 5 Bend food trucks.
We customized the noodle dish to remove meat, broccoli. Also, requested them to make it little dry. The result was awesome. Almost as good as Indian fastfood flavour.Vegetarian options: Noodle dish without meat is awesome.

We went in yesterday (St Pattys day)and my boyfriend ordered the noodle dish. We were NOT ASKED a “spice level” instead asked if we wanted it spicy, my boyfriend replied “no thank you, probably medium” then immediately corrected himself to mild as he’s very sensitive to spice. The young man behind the counter reiterated “okay, so mild medium?” We said perfect. We waited to get our food, and as it was a holiday the place was filling up quickly so we got our food to go. And while I do understand it was a busy day, I DO NOT understand or appreciate how he had handled out situation. Upon receiving our food we were immediately slammed with a very spicy smell. I’m not one to complain, I love spice, I always order a 7-8 lvl. But my boyfriend cannot. Which is why we ordered what we did. The food we were served was easily a 7-8lvl and completely inedible. To spicy FOR ME even. When we brought our food back and explained that we could not eat it as it was to spicy we were met with “well you ordered a 5!” When we explained that we never said that and that it was just to spicy to eat he became combative and told us he couldn’t refund the food. WHICH COSTS $16!!!! We then asked if he could just remake something edible he said “sure, if you pay for it.” At that point we were done, and very annoyed. I’ve tried to call the number provided on google and it’s not even a connected number. If this is truly how you handle customer service, please do better.

Poor customer service.Noodle plate($14+tip) was inedible due to it being a “5” on spice level.After I asked for mild-medium. (Was closer to a 7-8 confirmed by multiple people)I was refused a refund or the option of getting something edible.
