“Hot summer evening, I walked into Ben & Jerry’s with one mission: find something cold and unforgettable. Ended up with two scoops in a cup—Ultraviolet (yep, that crazy purple one) and Salted Caramel. Price was $8.50, which is definitely on the higher side (especially when I know the same size goes for $7.50 in LA or even Yellowstone). Still, I can’t complain—the flavors hit hard.

Ultraviolet tasted like summer in a spoon—sweet, floral, slightly exotic. The salted caramel balanced it out with that creamy richness and just enough salty kick to keep it from being overly sweet. Together? Perfection.

Service matters too. The girl at the counter was super sweet, quick, and clearly knew her stuff. That’s the kind of energy you remember. There was also a guy behind the counter who looked like he could’ve helped earlier, but instead wandered a bit before starting a milkshake. Maybe that wasn’t his role—but it stood out.

The place itself? Classic Ben & Jerry’s vibe—bright, fun, colorful. Outside seating with turquoise chairs gave me that relaxed, summer-night-in-town feel. Perfect spot to slow down and people-watch.

So yeah, it’s pricier than some spots, but when the ice cream is that good and the service leaves you smiling, it’s 5 stars. I’d come back just for that Ultraviolet scoop.“
