Very good ice cream but very poor customer service from the teenagers that work currently. I was standing in line waiting to order and one girl was just standing there making no eye contact. I had to go up to her and ask if she was ready to take my order. She turned over to her co-worker and started laughing. Super unfriendly and uncomfortable experience.

I’ve been to multiple baskin Robbin’s over the years in three different states. It’s consistent most of the time. I order the cappuccino blast. When the teenagers are working late evenings, they don’t fill the cup up to the proper line. And the whip cream is a squirt. As a s.l in a different state they arnt giving out the proper portions. A medium is more like 3/4 filled and I pretty much got the 16oz in a medium cup. For the price of the drink I should get what I ordered....read full review
