These is my favorite spot to get a banh mi. I rarely make it out there, but when I'm on that side of town, I always pick up one up. I always order their chicken banh mi and have never disappointed. Highly Recommend

My favorite food truck in Bend. My only regret is that it’s not open more days and longer hours. Love the chicken bahn mi sandwiches. Take it across the parking lot to eat inside the brewery tasting room if it’s a super hot afternoon. Otherwise, you can walk deeper into the far end of the parking lot and enter a grassy area with facilities for picnics (but the restaurant beepers don’t work that far away, so wait until you have your food first.)

Great bahn mi, stacked with fresh veggies and the arrangement really showed they cared about their product. Price was reasonable for Bend. I selfishly want them to stay open later (and think it would be good for profits) but also respect the owners for prioritizing their lives.

Hands down, the best food I’ve had in Bend, OR. I’m always craving it during the Summer bc it’s so filling and delicious but also doesn’t sit heavy in my stomach like every smash burger or burrito in town. It feels like a healthy option bc the ingredients are so fresh and everytime we have guests in town, Da Nang is a must! Not kidding, half our friends from out of state still talk about how this was the best food they’ve ever had. James and Jade are also the kindest and most hardworking people and we love stopping by weekly 🥰
