El Rodeo is a must-visit restaurant with excellent food and friendly staff. This Bend staple has been a favorite since 1999, known for their delicious carne asada and superb Acapulco burrito, which are highly recommended. The restaurant features a huge menu full of traditional Mexican favorites, including awesome queso and a large margarita menu with many flavors. The Rodeo Burro is extremely flavorful with picadillo and a side of spicy refried beans. The rice has a warm moist flavor with real shredded Cheddar cheese on the beans and burrito. The service is quick and attentive, making dining here a fabulous experience. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience. Guests have enjoyed good conversations and a pleasant atmosphere, even in the smaller venue where noise can carry. The owner often visits each table to ask for opinions and thank guests for their patronage. There is an unbelievable amount of free parking available, and a full-service bar is open for Happy Hours in a separate lounge with a dedicated entrance.
