Update: even though I believe it would have been a nice gesture to get a free fry for a review to help you know that things will be different, I did go back last night and had exceptional service with yes very got fries, no ice in my drink and the exact sandwich I ordered. Thank you for listening. Review updated.
I have always loved Arby's BUT this last time I ordered a 1/2 pnd large sized hot and fresh curly fry with strawberry lemonade no ice.

Arby's is a restaurant known for its delicious food and great service. The roast beef and newer sandwiches are highly recommended, always fresh and tasty. The main counter staff member is described as excellent, friendly, and efficient, with lots of smiles that make customers look forward to returning. The drive-thru experience is consistently pleasant, with food that is better than other fast-food options. The curly fries are hot and fresh. Arby's has a strong track record for accurately fulfilling family orders. The atmosphere is good, with a clean environment, including clean floors, tables, and restrooms. Access to the location may be slightly challenging due to nearby road construction, and parking is reported to be a little tight.
