Wonderful and interesting food. Items you probably would not make at home! Service was good but a little quick at clearing the courses before totally finished. Price is reasonable and I'm glad students are learning the culinary arts.

This restaurant is a training program for the Central Oregon Community College Culinary program. That said, they work on giving the perfect culinary experience and, boy, did they deliver! Service by Iris was attentive, friendly, efficient without being intrusive. The appetizer salad of kale, apples, almonds, blue cheese with a dressing of cider vinaigrette was lovely—very fresh, high quality ingredients and dressed just right.
