the salmon burger is just not good. it's obviously made with canned salmon, grainy, and little flavor, very bland. the bun was the only good part. the frozen trident patties you can get at the grocery are far superior. I guess for a seafood market and the price we expected a salmon fillet or at least a superior patty. do not recommend this dish.
I wanted to love this place. Growing up on the coast I love good fresh seafood prepared well. This place was way overpriced and a huge let down. won't return.
OK, so today I had a lobster roll sandwich. I cannot tell you how great this place is. The lobster was the best that I’ve ever had, it was so fresh, the seasoning was perfect, every single bite was pure heaven. I feel like it is going to be a heavy addiction to me every single week because it’s that good lol. My friend got crab and prawns, so I tried a little of that. Wow. If you have not been there, you are missing out. ♥️♥️♥️

Sebastian's Seafood and Specialty Market offers a diverse selection of fresh seafood and specialty market items. The fries are described as "pretty darn delicious" with a crisp exterior and soft interior. However, the BLT is reported to be a bit dry. The seafood roll, costing $20, is deemed not worth the price, as it is simply "seafood churned into mush, stuck in a piece of lettuce, placed in a slice of toasted bread roll." The market selection and prices are decent, but the dining experience can be inconsistent and at times disappointing, as evidenced by the underwhelming tuna melt and outsourced clam chowder.
The restaurant comprises both a seafood market and food counter, located in a busy food court. Customers have found the seafood market to have a wide variety of fresh fish packaged attractively. The crab and shrimp sandwich from the counter was fine, though the accompanying fries had too much salt. Additionally, the restaurant offers a wide selection of pre-order sushi party platters, as well as some grab and go single-serving sushi.
While the little store is very impressive and has a great variety, the price point may be a bit out of reach for some customers. However, the food is described as awesome, with great service and very fresh taste. The seafood market is also praised for its amazing selection and choices, though the prices are a little on the expensive side.
