Elly's Ice Cream

Had the absolute rudest experience of my life. The girl working didn't even greet my wife, son and I when we came to the counter. She proceeded to ignore us for over 5 minutes while she made a shake for, seemingly, no one while we patiently waited. Then another customer came up and she helped them instead while we stared in disbelief. She then continued to ignore us like we weren't even there until we just left after 15 minutes of disrespect. No proof but I'm pretty sure she was doing so to be racist to my non-white wife. Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Overpriced

Not bad, but DANG, THE MOST expensive prices for ice cream in bend I swear. Cups are smaller than my knowledge to listen to my friend yapping about the entire lore of some game that 3 people have played.

I have been eating Ice Cream here for years. But today when I got ice cream here, I found not only that the prices have been raised by 50 cents, but also that the cup sizes for ice cream were significantly smaller. Previously the price was 5.25 for a decently sized up of ice cream. Now it is 5.75 for a tiny, minuscule “cup” of ice cream. This cup was smaller than my palm, and I have small hands.

We like to stop in whenever we are on west side of town. Elly's always has some interesting seasonal flavors. They have scooped ice cream but also some soft serve options as well.

Yummy icecream, but the glamping sundae is very salty! We love salt but it was just overpowering the sweetness that should have been.

Found the place along with other fun little small food court type restaurants and a little market. Didn’t smell any seafood smell upon entering. And I tried the honey lavender and was delicious. My son had the triple chocolate one but it was too sweet for him. The gal was nice and courteous. Will be back next time visiting Bend.

That ice cream taste sooooo bad DO NOT ORDER THE SIZZLE SUNDAE, i sampled three flavors and all of them taste artificial as hell

Nothing beats the Cherry Amaretto!!

Ive gotta say, I couldnt get past the smell of the seafood when I walked through the door.(I realize its not them) Instant turn off it was the food court, Gross! Not what I want to smell when Im looking for icecream. So cuppa yo got my business instead.

We were very excited to find Elly’s after reading about the quality organic ingredients. We were disappointed and let down when we asked and she pointed to the Lucerne milk on the counter. :(

Very friendly atmosphere, attendant took their time making my shake. I felt very comfortable. Definitely recommend this area

One of our favorites! We love bringing friends with us. My favorite are the milkshakes!!
