My brother just got home from ellys Ice cream today Monday September 16th at around 8:30 pm and he said a blonde girl working the register said some very untrue and inappropriate things to my 13 YEAR OLD BROTHER this is absolutely unacceptable I will be telling lots of people to never shop at ellys ice cream again.

First time here but wow their flavors were so good. Definitely recommend the honey lavender it’s a perfect summer flavor. The flavors didn’t overpower each other and it was simply delicious. Excited to come back to try a milkshake.

On top of being delicious, the decorations on Elly's ice cream cakes are works of art. We ordered 4 for a recent event and they were devoured (once people stopped taking photos of them first)!

More often than not they are closed or don’t have soft serve. To top it off their phone doesn’t work or connect so although I try and call ahead it’s pointless. No longer going to even bother driving across town for it.

I went there a half hour before they closed and they wouldn't do a sundae or milkshake. She'd only do a scoop. Sad. Drove out of the way because the sundaes looked great.

Unfortunately, the ice cream is overshadowed by the terrible service. The young boy working the counter must really hate his job or he’s in desperate need of training. He was incredibly rude and acted like a total brat. Either way, I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Worst service ever. Two blonde kids behind the counter looked at their phones and put stickers on cups. Didn't say a word to help but talked alot about the phone.. Thursday Oct 5th, 6:44pm. We walked away, they didn't care. One smiled at my wife and that was it
