Seriously so crazy to me so many people have had bad experiences here. Literally every time I've gone, which normally results in a variety of different workers, but I get the same thing every time the tropical paradise and it's CONSISTENTLY made the same and like 7$ which is pretty solid value for 24oz PLUS they always make my dog a super small smoothie just for him. It's honestly incredibly thoughtful and sweet. I go here every weekend before heading to the trails. Can't miss for me. The staff is always so friendly, welcoming and attentive. Seems like there's just a lot of Karens that had bad things to say. Just my opinion don't take it to heart.

I really love this place. It’s my favorite smoothie place in bend but the bathrooms and atmosphere is really dirty. The bathrooms don’t look like they’ve been cleaned in a long time. No seat protectors, Walls are really dirty to. Makes me wonder what it looks like behind the counter and if it’s as bad as the rest the place then it makes me not wanna go back. **zoom in pics to see**

Went to get two 32oz smoothies for my husband my myself! Been craving them and yesterday my pregnancy craving hit hard. Usually they are super delicious but yesterday my husband's nutty peanut butter with chocolate, had no chocolate and way to much whey protein. Tasted water and bland. Mine was the south pacific and Usually it has a tone of flavor but it taste flavorless and very water. Tried calling to get them redone but they just said, sorry since you left, no refunds or redo. Very disappointed. Please make this right. I love your smoothies!! Thank you,

Went in back door even tho open light was off…one guy waiting and I was not acknowledged. Then a group of ppl came in behind me and he went to help them??? Only one guy working. Will not go back here.
I loved this place. But I have a severe dairy allergy and have said this many times .. each time they admit that they didn’t put the vegan protein in, I give up. They don’t really care about allergies which sucks.

The smoothie was ok - super chalky and felt like it was FILLED with seeds. Mind you it was just raspberries but there was a LOT of seeds haha. It was pretty dirty, dripping fruit sweat on glass and ceiling. Shelves were almost completely bare with no snacks which I was bummed about.
