Customer service needs work, do better! Rude comments about customers within ear shot not professional. Fish tacos were not it for us but I can see what you are doing with the gluten free breading.
Awful service, undercooked and underwhelming food. Spend a decent amount and couldn't eat anything they served. They "forgot" we ordered food and tried to tell us that we didn't. Even though we had the card receipt and stood in front of the bus for 35 minutes. I will never spend money here again.
Came in this evening. Blonde rudely took our order. $26.00. She just took my cash and never came back to the window. We stood in the cold in front of the window for 20 minutes before she came back and asked if I’d ordered food. Obviously I was irritated. She told me she forgot to give me a pager. I WAS STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE WINDOW, THE ONLY PERSON THERE. Got home, chicken was way over cooked, zero sauces to dip in. Mac and Cheese was almost mush.
