Don't trust the negative reviews that are just complaining for the sake of it or the fact that they didn't pay attention to what they are ordering.
This place is amazing! The fried chicken is dark meat which makes it so much tender and crispy, and the fries are cut and fried in the perfect shape. Their fish tacos are also insane, I inhaled two of the most flavorful and filling fish tacos in my life. Of all the food I've had in Bend, this is one of my top spots. I went twice in one day lol

Came to The Lot with family. I picked Faco while others tried other spots. Everyone got their food and ate while I waited. They were a little impatient/not helpful when I asked about the status of my order. Then i came back ~10 min later, they checked and had just lost my receipt/order. Gave me a refund and no food. I'M STARVING!
EDIT: I would have loved a free food offer, but that part didn't happen. Is this your official free food offer!?

Freaking LOVE Fricken Faco aka the “Chicken Bus” (IYKYK). Their fish tacos are hands-down the best in town — super fresh, packed with delicious whole foods -style ingredients like fresh herbs, crisp lettuce and tangy feta. You can tell they care about quality.
Our little boys cannot get enough of their fried chicken — it's crispy, flavorful, and totally kid-approved.
The service is just as impressive as the food: lightning-fast, super friendly, and always welcoming. The management clearly runs a tight (and happy) ship.
Fricken Faco has officially become our go-to food truck. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for amazing food and great vibes!

This was the best gf fried chicken I’ve ever had and it didn’t taste gf at all. All the sauces were incredible as well. I would come back any day! The truck is also adorable 🥰

This double-decker-bus turned food truck is part of The Lot group of food trucks. We got a medium order of chicken fingers (can’t remember if that’s what they’re called) with a fricken sauce and maple bacon sauce for dipping. The chicken came out hot, crispy on the outside, and once cooled off enough to eat, the inside was moist and delicious. The maple bacon sauce was our favorite of the two. The meal was delicious with the cider we purchased at the tap house. The ambiance was low-key and clean.
I stopped by after floating the river and was blown away by the food! I was immediately intrigued by the concept and it did not disappoint! One of the best fish tacos I’ve ever had, truly. The fries and chicken are also not to be missed! Personally, my favorite sauces were the honey mustard and the Fricken sauce. I don’t live in Bend, but the visit to this awesome double decker bus was a highlight of my trip! Will definitely be back next time I’m in town!

This place is fantastic! The fish tacos are delicious and portions are large. The fries are excellent and I love the dark meat gluten-free fried chicken. And waffles! They have a ton of sauces to choose from - spicy Thai is my favorite. The employees are always kind and attentive. I love the ambiance at The Lot. The summer is festive and it’s cozy in the winter with heated benches and fire pits. Highly recommend!

A crime against fried chicken. I’m not sure what I was served here, but it certainly wasn’t edible fried chicken. This was some sort of poultry-based medieval torture device. It was so overcooked and tough I actually broke a fork trying to eat it — and I have video evidence to prove it (attached for your entertainment). Couldn’t tear it apart by hand either. If this is their normal quality, an intervention is needed ASAP. Absolutely not fit for human consumption. Your teeth, utensils, and dignity deserve better.
