They are doing such an over the top job with all that has come their way this year. They are exceeding all the Covid restrictions. “Such a great space! Nestled amongst a variety of artists and creative spaces is this bakery and coffee shop!
Serves a flavorful drip coffee which i paired with a citrus & ginger scone. The selection was honestly overwhelming. If i could, i would try one of everything. Mostly couples here but we found space for 5 friends to nosh before shopping. Our point of sale associate was welcoming and efficient as were all the employees we quickly found out! A great Sunday morning had by all!“

“Hands down the BEST lasagna I’ve ever eaten!!! Their pizzas are amazing as well and I love their Caesar salad! It’s my understanding that there are 2 (new/newer owners) and the one that came to our table to visit was wonderful!!! (Sorry 😞 I’ve forgotten his name) We drive over from Redmond to meet friends from Bend and have yet to have a bad meal or service from the incredibly kind waitstaff. So So Good! “We loved this neighborhood spot, and appreciated they had gluten free bread alternatives even though they’re a bakery who bakes their delicious bread in house. My mom bought the chili cheddar loaf and enjoyed it. The omelet and potatoes (gf) I ordered was also great, light and delicious. Highly recommend for gluten free diners.“

“Finding the right desserts for our wedding was honestly one of the hardest parts — we’re gluten-free, and that can sometimes mean settling for options that look better than they taste. Too Sweet Cakes was an incredible find.

We scheduled a tasting just one month before our wedding, and they were so accommodating. Their tasting menu was generous and very reasonably priced, which helped us confidently choose our desserts. We ended up ordering a lemon cream cake along with assorted dessert cups, mini donuts, and mini cupcakes — and everything was completely gluten-free.

The desserts were a huge hit with our guests — many went back for seconds (and thirds!). The churro donuts and chocolate mousse dessert cups were especially popular. The lemon cream cake was truly one of the best cakes we’ve ever had.

“We had a resv for 8. When we showed up the one server was all alone. She was bartending, hosting and serving. None of which affected the service! I believe her name was ANNA? I remember her name tag said she was from Santa Cruz. Regardless, she was flawless and ran our service as well as the whole restaurant it seemed. Good wise, we all had brunch. Everyone agreed, temperature and presentations was great. Flavor wise, it was a little bland. But that's just our personal opinion. Over all I would recommend and will go back.“
