We have been here before for the wonderful ice cream. But Dairy queen is right down the road. If you want a blizzard. Don't waste your time or money on the hurricanes. We got the hurricanes. I added pecans. There was two. Mind you it was a dollar plus for those two pecans. My wife had 7 M and Ms in hers and her friend had no cookie dough. Alot of flavors for ice creams and shakes. But the hurricanes are a joke.

Terrible customer service, two employees completely ignored me as I waited to pickup my order at register. Both of which made eye contact several times and said nothing, your sign says pickup orders go directly to the register. So common sense would say that I wasn't just hanging out for my own personal enjoyment ?

Asked for a taro ice cream hurricane with Oreo pieces.. told me they couldn’t do it thick so instead fully made it into a milkshake. Also couldn’t understand anything regarding how to make a root beer float. Rude customer service and service was confusing. Milkshake was great even though I wanted a thick ice cream ? ice cream w the root beer ok. Food quality really good just teens under the influence working.

The ice cream here is great, albeit expensive, but the service is atrocious. I have been a couple times now and at best, it is extremely slow. At worst, it is extremely slow and the employees are rude. By slow, I mean I waited 15 minutes the other day with only 5 people in front of me. This is a result of a really awkward and cumbersome service system and seemingly unmotivated staff. Once I got my ice cream, I did enjoy it, but it’s too painful of a process to watch to want to go back for more. There is also barely any seating. Has potential, but needs a complete layout redesign and staff help.

We went to visit for the first time and it didn't disappoint us. The place has a lot of room and very welcoming with lots of ice cream selections. The ice cream we picked was delicious and it meet the taste of the flavor of the ice cream. We will come back.
Parking: Parking is not a problem, plenty of parking!
Kid-friendliness: Yes it's basically for kids place
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes wheelchair won't be a problem to get in the door and inside the building
