I absolutely love the food, I've had almost everything off the menu and it's amazing. The black garlic tonkatsu is my go to! The lady behind the counter is very friendly and very funny. Definitely recommend kanji to anyone looking for authentic Japanese cuisine!
We make a point to stop here almost every time we’re in the Bend area, and it never disappoints. The food is consistently excellent, and the staff are attentive, friendly, and provide outstanding service. The welcoming atmosphere and quality dining experience keep us coming back. Customers recommend visiting during the quieter lunch hours on weekdays. The tonkotsu ramen is amazing, with large portions. The black garlic tonkotsu is amazing because it actually tasted like garlic. The restaurant has one veggie ramen which was very tasty. The food came out very quickly and great portion size. Staff was very friendly and very attentive. The food was in generous sizes and proportional to the price. The Takoyaki is amazing. The sesame balls for dessert are crisped to perfection with gooey red bean inside. The interior is warm and welcoming, with cute characters on the walls. The aroma and way they make there ramen was truly amazing, packed full of flavor. The chicken yakisoba was delicious, with portions much bigger than expected. The service was so great, making guests feel right at home. The miso and tonkotsu Ramen were absolutely delicious, and the best Ramen in town.
