I had a wonderful experience at Hasta Que Olvidemos in Bend. Everyone on the team was fantastic, and my server, Frank, made the visit even better. They introduced me to oysters for the first time—though not my favorite, it was fun to try. I really enjoyed the wine and the overall vibe of the place. It was a great experience working there, and I would highly recommend it.

Came here for a date night. We ordered oysters, sardines, and the smoked trout roe. We paired our meal with white wine and vermouth. The food was light, flavorful, refreshing and fun. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their wines, and they offer a unique take on procurement. The ambiance is cozy and comfortable in jeans or a suit, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed evening with friends or a date night. Oh, & get the Oysters! Highly recommend checking this gem out if you're in Bend!
