I had a wonderful experience at Hasta Que Olvidemos in Bend. Everyone on the team was fantastic, and my server, Frank, made the visit even better. They introduced me to oysters for the first time—though not my favorite, it was fun to try. I really enjoyed the wine and the overall vibe of the place. It was a great experience working there, and I would highly recommend it.
A lovely spot to have a glass of vermouth and some delicious nibbles on a summer evening. We were delighted by the burrata with pickled rhubarb, and the smoked tuna dip (citrusy, spicy, smokey, and perfect on a Ritz cracker)
The concoctions on the wine menu are the best twists on traditional spritzers you’ll ever have. Bright, briney oysters and the anchovy butter complete the perfect summer afternoon!
