Hawkeye & Huckleberry Lounge

This place is a great find, with limited parking. The bartenders are amazing, as are their drinks. The food was a delicious mix of palate pleasers. Definitely worth the hassle of walking a couple of blocks from a less-treacherous parking lot.

Such a fun place! We sat on the patio, which is beautiful and a great place to enjoy an evening dinner. I reserved a table for 2 and ending up having 3 in our party and they were so accommodating and let us add a chair to our table, so we were very happy! The steak was delicious; we tried the steak fried steak, steak frites, and the skirt steak, as well as the corn bread and asparagus. Our waiter Reed was fantastic and gave us excellent service! We will definitely be back!

The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. We were very impressed with the wait staff. The overall noise, particularly the music, made visiting difficult, especially for those with hearing aids. Everyone had to lean in or speak much louder to be heard. Many more younger people are wearing hearing aids these days, so that makes it difficult to want to go to places with this high of a noise level. Overall, our experience was very nice.

We absolutely love this place. So much so it is where I chose to spend my birthday. Meatballs were excellent, with a tiny kick to them, wish they came with bread to soak up all the yummy sauce! We had a new york and a filet for 4 of us and it was the perfect amount of food with mac and cheese and the potato in the cast iron which is beyond good! Topped it off with the cookie! Also if you like a manhattan type drink order the Doc Holliday! You will be happy you did!

Caleb was outstanding with service and special requests. The food was absolutely authentic, amazing, and cooked to perfection (we had the ribeye and harissa carrots). Alcohol is a touch spendy, but high quality and great tasting. Second time I've been there (once for a banquet) and it hasn't disappointed yet! Will be back as often as we can!!!

We had an amazing experience at Hawk & Huck. We made a reservation for 8:45 but went early and snagged two seats at the bar. Our bartender, Riley, was very personable and took excellent care of us. The atmosphere was 10/10. We will definitely be back next time we are in Bend.

Great dining experience for our family. We were spending a week in Bend on vacation and luckily came across Hawkeye & Huckleberry. Our timing was extra special as a private party booked a band that the entire restaurant was able to enjoy.

Wonderful dinner. Excellent food and drinks. Our only complaint is the noise level. Music is too loud which in turns causes everyone to talk loudly or yell. It's impossible to have a conversation.

Sadly, the food was terrible. Our dessert was even comped because it was so bad. Chefs of this caliber should be tasting the food before it goes out. Over seasoned, over dressed, yet inedible. I was really disappointed.

Service and steak were fantastic! The ratio of people in cowboy hats to people without hats was astonishing. The day we went there was live music which was very fun, but a little loud to be able to hear ourselves. Note that some of the 4 tops can fit 5 comfortably if you squeeze on the couch - my siblings and I were fine with it!

The food was good. Service was ok. Drinks were good. The 20% tip added for 6 people is insane and we will not go back due to this. We tip 18-20% anyways with excellent service but this automatic tipping culture is absolutely BS. We’ll choose elsewhere in the future.
