Awesome service. High quality food! I asked to add some veggies to my dish that was chicken only and it was well receieved , no problem :) tasty sauces. The side salad that comes with some of rhe meals is not basic. Excellent dressing. Great variety for a small menu.
It's a relief to find any sort of authentic foreign food in Bend, and this cart is a great spot serving delicious Himalayan food. The menu is pretty selective, offering a good solid sample of options. I would highly recommend the noodles, as it's fairly accessible yet very different from the kind of food you'd normally get in the area.
