The scallops appetizer is really good and as having traveled in Tuscany and sampled Wild Boar Ragu from dozens of restaurants the dish at Salute is as good as any in Italy! The wine list is excellent and the owner is well versed in finding the right choice for you. In fact, when he could have sold us the most expensive bottle he selected a modestly priced and excellent Tuscan wine because it was the right bottle for our selection and a great value in his words. Also, the desserts are sinful and amazing. Do visit, you'll then find your next Italian favorite restaurant.“

“Went out for an anniversary dinner with my wife this evening. We have been going to this establishment for the last 4 years. Last 3 times were fabulous. Tonight didn't start out very well. I was gonna pay the bill and call it a night. The manager came over at the end of the meal and said it appears we made several mistakes and want to make this right. I thanked him for his time and said we were just gonna leave. He said it's his goal to make sure everything was perfect and he delivered. I wasn't expecting the kind of thoughtfulness he displayed but his customer service and his wait staff were on point tonight. I truly appreciate it when businesses go above and beyond when there are mistakes.“
