“The food at Cotto is so good and reasonably priced. It's our go-to take-out. We lived in Italy and the Cotto arancini are seriously top notch. And the salad is great. Go Cotto! I'm hoping they start making Sicilian pizza. I know they can do it.“

“Took my wife for Valentine’s Day. First time we came here. Food was really good. Service was just ok. Waitress never came by to see if we needed anything or ask how our food was. Guess that is because there was a 20% gratuity already imposed on my bill.
I’m all about including a tip with good service. But I don’t like paying full 20% when my service is subpar.“

“We went there to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. It was absolutely wonderfully. The food was very good but what made it awesome was our server Heely. She was awesome. She checked on us and made sure we were doing ok. And best of all she comped us a dessert and when she brought it out it had Happy 40th with hearts on it. Job well done Heely.“

“My gf and I have gone here and to other locations many times, we love pastini all around and usually have good service, the food is never disappointing. I would love to name our server Elissa who did an amazing job with us on valentine’s day, she was clearly working very hard and seemed to be the server between one or two others who were constantly running food and bussing tables. She was very clearly overworked though (which was not her fault), I believe the managers did almost nothing the whole hour to hour and a half we were there, one of them cared more about tables and seating, being a host basically, which is one of the easier jobs and the other manager cared more to tell others what to do instead of either of them helping out at all. There was many times I saw them doing nothing and talking to each other when they could have been bussing tables, refilling waters, running food etc. It honestly blows my mind that they would rather delegate work that much than to actually step up and help and be useful, mind you they walked past us many times and you can clearly see we were done eating and waiting for a box and to be checked out which they did not care about at all (wait time to be checked out was about 20 min, which was not Elissa’s fault again). We waited way too long for a box or to pay (which is not Elissa’s fault as she was nonstop helping other customers) when these managers or even less busy servers could of stepped up and checked on us. The food was great, the service from our server was great, i just simply wish managers would actually help instead of standing around or plotting the next steps.“

“Love coming here with my best friend and my daughter. Open area to bring our Pokémon card collection to organize while we get lunch and fun drinks and play our card games. Scrambled egg tots from Good Egg are top notch. My daughter tried sushi and had her first boba there. First place I've seen her feel comfortable enough to go get her food or drinks when the buzzer goes off by herself. That says a lot.“
