Solid brunch spot. Biscuits n gravy and huevos rancheros are favorites. Line/queue definitely can be improved, as well as use of space overall. There is a coffee bar setup in the back but no POS. If you want a coffee drink you have to wait and order in the main line.
I'm always pleasantly surprised every time I visit. The food and mocktail options are great. Today I got the quiche and it was absolutely fantastic. Outside seating was nice and plentiful. Food came out super fast. I like the dog friendly seating. Out pup had a great time knowing his pawrents enjoyed their meal.

Breakfast sando on brioche, next level! Avocado toast delish…THEN try and leave without a baked delight, not possible. When a new tray of cinnamon buns came out, the crowd went wild!! A well run machine, friendly, efficient and fun vibe! Also, great selection of cold beverages.
