Wow, First time coming here. We had a party of 12 in the back room. Great service, great atmosphere. I had the Trophy Elk Chilli. Amazing!?!? Everyone was raving about how good their dishes were. I would definitely go back. ?

One of the best meals I have had in a long time. Will be come a regular stop in our trips to bend.

Having just arrived while stopping off for the night, we found Joolz and luckily had seating right away for a busy Thursday evening crowd. We were recommended the cauliflower appetizer by an off shift employee eating at Joolz because the food is that good. I got the beef shawarma plate and my guest had the seared salmon. Both were absolutely delicious! Will be recommending Joolz to anyone, and will be coming back at my next opportunity!

It had been awhile since we had been to Joolz(out of the country for a few years). We have fond memories of eating there in years past. Hankering for a taste of the mesa meeting the mezzah, we invited friends to join us. My anticipation at having baba ganoush was quickly dampened by the incredibly small amount that arrived in a too big of a bowl. That it was barely enough for one, was shameful. Its not THAT expensive to make. And if eggplants are in short supply, its the 1st I’ve heard of it. The friends ordered hummous, and had the same reaction to the same small amount that arrived. Having lived in the middle east, we are used to not having the same schwarma taste here in the States. But, beef? My bowl dish, with a hint of Morocco was quite good. I cannot speak for the one who ordered clams. But the lamb dish was reported to be quite good. C’mon Ramses, those of us crave the exotic flavors of Middle Eastern foods have relied on Joolz to deliver. But may we have some more please?

I love Mediterranean ... Middle Eastern (Lebanese and Ethiopian, etc) food. The dishes served here were balanced and bright and mouth watering but the menu was surprisingly limited and lacking ... there was no mezza platters to sample spreads and veggies, and meats ... what better way to understand the quality of the food and the faithfulness blended with engenuity of the chef and family recipes than to be able to order a platter of these ... and no dish of pickles, radishes, olives, etc that always present on a dinner table at a Lebanese home. So we ordered these things a la carte and while they were good to very good ... the portions were r e a l l y small. The baba ganouj was literally three table spoons and the bread was cold and disappointing. We spent $150 sampling the menu and found everything lacking in portion size and also interestingly enough - diversity. A dish tended to have one overwhelming spice uniformly applied to everything so it got monotonous and unsatisfying. Of the four entries ordered the elk chili, beef shawarma, chicken kabobs, and a forbidden bowl - all were disappointing ... infact despite the small portions. We all had left overs because the food didn't incite lick your bowl clean enjoyment. So I would recommend to not recommend dining here ... B - QUALITY C - PRICE AND PORTIONS

Great food and ambience, waitress nice and enthusiastic BUT despite the fact we had an early reservation we were seated at a table at what seemed like the crossroads of the hallway and bathrooms while clearly other empty tables were available. So why make reservations??? It was embarrassing to my family that I asked for a better table. This detracted from what should have been an enjoyable evening.

The food was incredible. So many delicious flavors. I’d highly recommend the forbidden black rice chicken bowl and the date cake! If you don’t make a reservation, get in line early to try and be seated at the bar. The staff are super friendly.

Absolutely delicious food. Would definitely go again. Ordering a variety of the small plates was such a great way to taste all of the wonderful flavors.

Excellent elevated Mediterranean fair with nice cocktails and friendly staff. Start with a pile of small plates and wrap with a tasty dessert.

Absolutely amazing food. The best middle eastern food I have had in a long time. Very good service. The prices were perfect for the quality of food you receive. Great job Joolz! ??

Had a good time there. The young bar server was very friendly and provided good selection for the food, also info on other eateries in town. Food was good and reasonably priced.

This is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. I eat a lot of Middle Eastern food, but this is the best I’ve tried. I wish I could have eaten here every day of my vacation

This is the best tasting Mediterranean food I have had in the US. Every meal was just perfect. I could eat here every day. Our waitress was very sweet and attentive. The only downfall was the hostess. She did not know what to do. She was running around not doing anything. There were 15 people at the entrance all cramped up waiting and she was gone somewhere. She was asking people repetitive questions and just causing chaos. Wish you had a better and more relaxed person creating the first impression of this amazingly delicious restaurant.
