Fantastic sushi!! Toro was butter, maguro was delicious, and a simple salmon avocado roll was an absolute stunner! Add some fresh oysters and you have a perfect meal. Thank you to the entire team at Kusshi, well done!!!

Sushi at its best! If you are a fan of super fresh fish (nigiri + sashimi), this is the (pop-up) spot for you. Ordering online is easy, as is pick up from White Water Taphouse) on Friday nights. Chef does a great job with cutting the fish and rice-ing the nigiri. Would LOVE to see this as an omakase or sushi bar experience one day. Friendly bar service at White Water as well!

Kusshi has some amazing sushi! The fish is high quality and always fresh. The sauces that are developed are the most spectacular part. Located at white water tap house it is pretty rad to eat sushi and play cribbage.

This pop up sushi at White Water Tap House is literally a hidden gem. We've been meaning to try it for a while and finally made it for early dinner last night. White Water Tap House itself is a very friendly quaint place to be and the Kusshi Sushi is such a treat! We ordered a special roll and a special salmon dish. They were both excellent and the small bites served by the chef were so delicious as well. You can get their sushi most Thursday and Friday evenings. Try to catch them you won't regret!!

I enjoyed this place a lot! Stumbled upon it while looking for a dinner spot Saturday night and it had 4 empty seats Along the window with some good vibes. We were lucky because it was Saturday night and they apparently have special sushi options so we got an assortment of octopus, salmon, poke bowls, and ceviche. Everything was great! Very fresh and reasonably priced for the quality. It all came out really slow which normally i would be opposed to but it helped to pace and also grab more beers in between. Theres a game table in the back for your entertaining pleasure and you order at the bar and it comes to you!! That's it! Also with about 30 beers on tab for your selection it has a nice easy way to view. I can see this place being poppin but it can also be a hassle to order as there's no clear line and only one person working the bar. Happy sashimidrinkinh
