I don't know how to say the name, but I do know the sushi chef's name after eating there once. We walked in for our 7 year marriage anniversary and managed THE seat at the bar. Casual and intimate setting, food is incredible. The tuna completely melted in my mouth. Its flavors and plating are an elegance you don’t get to see much in Bend. Great date night!
Food was excellent. Delightful experience and will absolutely make this a must stop on future trips to Bend. Drinks, great. Fish, great. Pork, great. Beef, great. Couldn't agree more with the collective 5 stars this place has earned. It is a bit hard to find, tucked behind other shops, but so worth it.
